Returns & Exchanges

At Drone, we aim to make returns as easy and flexible as possible. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, simply give us a call or email us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Our Returns Policy

• You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Returns/exchanges are typically processed within 1 weeks.

• Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

• If you exchange for a cheaper item, we’ll refund the difference. If it’s more expensive, we’ll contact you for payment (via phone or PayPal).

• Exchanges are shipped free of charge once processed.

• Returned items must be in brand new, resellable condition, including the original packaging and undamaged
  

We Cannot Accept Returns If:

• Items are used, marked, stained, or damaged.

• Products are grip-taped or have signs of installation/wear.

• Items are scented with deodorant or aftershave.

• The item has been washed or worn outdoors.

• Packaging is damaged or defaced with tape.

• Labels are torn off, leaving holes or marks.

• The item is a custom build (e.g. scooter or skateboard assembled at your request).

Usage Disclaimer

Due to the nature of extreme sports, UKSkate cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or general wear and tear. This includes:

• De-cored wheels

• Bent bars

• Chipped skateboard decks

• Improperly fitted grip tape

• Misaligned or damaged headsets

• Components incorrectly cut or installed by non-professionals

Warranty Info

Most manufacturers offer an immediate 30 days warranty on all goods, and some goods have a 3-6 months warranty. If you believe you have a defective product then contact us immediately

How to Return an Item

1. Email us to notify us of your return.

2. Package the item securely and send to:

3. Include your order number and proof of purchase (found in your order confirmation email or under “My Account” on our site).

4. We may request photos if the return is due to a suspected manufacturing issue.

Note: Until signed for by us, returned items remain your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return.

Return Postage Refunds

If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong size, item, or a fault), we’ll refund your return postage once the item has been inspected. In some cases, you may be asked to provide a photo of your postage receipt.

Refunds

• Refunds take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.

• Refunds can only be issued to the original payment card used for the order.

Order Cancellations

• Orders are usually dispatched before 4pm.

• If cancelled before 4pm, a full refund including shipping will be issued.

• If goods have already shipped, we cannot refund the shipping or return costs.

Please Note:

• We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

• If an order is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which may be equal to your original shipping charge.
